EQUICARE CS™ is based on a standard Microsoft .NET architecture, and uses standard components such as SQL Server and an open source web application framework, DotNetNuke. Using standard components minimizes both the cost of deploying EQUICARE CS™ servers and the complexity of managing them once they are in operation.
This simplified architecture allows for infinite scalability, from a singlebox test environment to a multi-server, multi-tier production environment serving hundreds of staff and thousands of survivors.
